Across sectors from defense to healthcare, I have delivered 160+ projects — always treating technology as a tool and people as the focus of every step. Over 15 years at ARD Group, I served as Director, CTO, CRO, and Board Member. I played a key role in the company's rise to BIST Star Market and its IPO. I architected the technical infrastructure of e-Transformation platforms serving over 50,000 taxpayer clients. I took a leading role in the technical design of national legal, healthcare, and public software projects with hundreds of thousands of active users. I managed international R&D projects under ITEA, TÜBİTAK, and Celtic programs.
I have developed enterprise solutions across a wide spectrum — from NATO-accredited defense and security projects to public IT infrastructure.

Led 160+ projects in public, defense, healthcare, and cybersecurity sectors. Contributed to critical infrastructure projects under NATO Facility Security Clearance.
